John E. Green Company Quality
Quality at John E. Green Company exists as an integral component of all our projects. The purpose of our quality standards is to provide absolute customer satisfaction while also preventing pollution, and providing services that conform to all local, state, and federal laws and codes.
As one of the country’s only mechanical contractors with both an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 certification, John E. Green Company’s commitment to the continual improvement of its quality practices begins with our president and extends to all employees and activities associated with the company. Our policies are backed by a fully integrated Quality and Environmental Procedures Manual.

John E. Green Company maintains a formal system for reviewing and controlling quality to ensure that all the requirements of each contract are fully defined. First, we make sure to create a working environment that promotes awareness and fulfillment of customer requirements. John E. Green Company ensures that all necessary materials and resources are available at the time they are needed. Beyond our initial high-quality work, we have established policies and objectives that mandate the implementation of an integrated management system and the execution of management reviews. Furthermore, we report on the performance of environmental management systems. Finally, because we have both an ISO 9001:2000 and an ISO 14001:1996 certification, we hire an outside auditor every six months to ensure those certification standards are upheld. We do these things because we care about the safety and quality of the projects and about the people who benefit from our work.
